10WR ~ What's it all about?

10WR [ten white rabbits] is a colourful treat for all aspiring codebreakers and cryptic puzzle fans, filled with hardcore encryption and bright, childlike imagery which transcends all boundaries of age, race or creed.

From your start point(s) you will need to break codes, solve riddles and decipher cryptic clues in a bid to deduce your next destination, and to discover any relevant keys which you may be able to take with you to assist in cracking the next code. To start you off, I have provided some clues...

This is not going to be easy. It was not designed to be easy! Bearing that in mind, I - the author - would like to post a public challenge :
